Hotel Check-In and Check-Out Times
- Check-in: Rooms will be available from 14:00 onwards on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: Guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms before 12:00 on the day of departure.
Deposit and Payment Terms
To confirm and secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of €75.00 per person is required.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 10 April 2027.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, as arrangements are made in advance, the following cancellation terms will apply:
- Cancellation at any time after booking: The deposit of €75.00 per person will be retained.
- Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: A cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking cost will apply.
- Cancellation 15 days or less before arrival: A cancellation charge of 80% of the total booking cost will apply.
- Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival: A cancellation charge of 90% of the total booking cost will apply.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
